Learn to preserve the harvest with this introductory class on making pickles using the water bath canning method. Class will cover basics of food preservation with an emphasis on safe practices. Students will get hands-on experience from start to finish and go home with a quart jar of pickles. All supplies provided. Class limited to seven students.
PLEASE NOTE: This class will be held off-site due to space constraints at the Mountain Brook Community Center. Location information will be provided to each student prior to the class.
