Taught by Sarah Anderson and Susan Horner-Till, two pie baking grandmas. For the person who hesitates to play with pie crust, this class features recipes, tips, and fun techniques for easy and delicious regular and gluten-free pie crusts.
Bring a 9 inch pie plate (metal or glass), rolling pin and apron. Return home with a pie ready for the oven. (Apples will be provided. If you want a different kind of pie, bring your preferred filling.) Cost $25 per person. Class size limit 10 people. Pre-register below.
